Cleaning

  1. 1. Plug the grinder in and start the motor with the button (12). Press the declumper (7) and the bellows (1, 2), and tap the chute (8) to clear leftover grounds. Then stop the motor and unplug the grinder.

  3. 3. Turn the dial scale ring (6) to lift off the whole upper assembly (3, 4, 5, 6) in one piece. Do not separate parts 3, 4, 5 and 6 from one another.
  4. 4. Remove the upper burr holder and clean the burrs and the chamber with a brush.
  5. 5. Reassemble everything in reverse order.

Burr zero point

  2. STEP2Remove the indicator ring (5). Turn the adjustment disc (4) clockwise very slowly until you hear the burrs touch, then turn it back anticlockwise by 1–2 marks.
  3. STEP3Refit the indicator ring (5) with its white mark lined up with “0” on the scale (6), and tighten its screw with the Allen key.
